Personally, she grew up in Canandaigua as the 11th child of
12. Her family, devout Catholics, sent her to Catholic school
until the eighth grade. She married her husband at 19 and
has enjoyed the 18 years they have shared together. She has two girls
ages 15 and 17. She enjoys various forms of music, writing, and
chocolate! Her interests include life coaching, virtual
assistance, customer service, and computer technology. Her life
mission is to help others to live the life they really want and to be
the support that helps them succeed.
Terri started TLC Services, when she saw a prevalence of stay at home
parents, and other homebound workers who desired meaningful employment
and contact with other professionals. She discovered that there
were many other types of professionals who wanted to work from home for
many other reasons including, convenience, cost, environmental
concerns, disabilities, long commutes, and personal values. Here
was a collection of people with skills just waiting to use them!
Small Businesses have always had a special appeal to her. After
having worked for a small business for over 10 years as an Office
Manager, she wanted to do more. She entered the world of Virtual
Assistants. She has provided services for Messenger Post Newspapers, St
Mary’s Church, St Felix and St Francis Churches, SolutionBox, Donna Steinhorn, and RCM
Associates
The
more she learned about Virtual Assistants, the more she realized that
the concept of virtual assistance for small businesses had great
benefits for both parties! She felt compelled to try to
facilitate the collaboration between virtual assistants and small
businesses in an attempt to service both. She enjoys working out
of her home, making differences in peoples lives and using her
knowledge and experience to its fullest in this endeavor.
